Boarding Facilities Include:
• 12 Stall barn (stalls are 12x12)
• 3 large, beautiful green pastures with plenty of grass
• Large run-in sheds in fields
• Sandstone ring with full jump course
• Individual tack lockers
• Office with refrigerator and sink
• Bathroom with shower
Field Board: $225/mo….which includes:
• Two feedings daily (hay and grain)
• Beautiful pastures with plenty of grass
• Access to large run-in
Full Board: $350/mo...which includes:
• 12x12 Stall
• Two feedings daily (hay and grain)
• Daily turnout on beautiful pastures with plenty of grass
• Access to large run-in
Training: $20/ride
Each ride will be 45 minutes long and catered to your horse’s level of fitness and training. All horses in training will receive regular grooming, fly spray, and bathing.
Consignment Horses (on Field Board): $500/mo
Includes 3 training rides per week, regular bathing, mane pulling, clipping, fly spray, grooming, advertising, marketing, current pictures, video footage, showing to potential buyers, evaluation and assessments, field board, 2 feedings daily, access to run-in, beautiful green pastures
Consignment Horses (on Full Board): $625/mo
Includes 3 training rides per week, regular bathing, mane pulling, clipping, fly spray, grooming, advertising, marketing, current pictures, video footage, showing to potential buyers, evaluation and assessments, 12x12 stall, 2 feedings daily, daily turn out on beautiful green pastures w/ access to run-in
*Any necessary supplements should be purchased by the owner but will be added to the feed at no additional charge
*Owner is responsible for farrier and vet expenses
*10% commission on final sale price of consignment horses
Miscellaneous:
• Holding Fee (for vet or farrier): $10
• Show Fee: $150/day….. includes bathing, loading, unloading, trailering, gas, schooling, grooming, class fees, mane pulling, clipping, and showing
• Fly Mask/Blanketing (to be supplied by owner): $30/mo
• Extra Rides: $20/ride
• Private Lessons: $35 per lesson….lessons last 60 minutes and are catered to rider’s desires and horse’s level of training. Group lessons = $25 per person
